The NUL Kitchen serves as a communal infrastructure for communities, accommodating various uses. Shared within public spaces as an alternative to private enterprises, it facilitates the recovery and dissemination of cultural traditions. Culinary practices not only reflect and define social interactions within each community but also undergo adaptations and transformations, enabling the circulation of knowledge and contributing to an open-source cultural genealogy.
