The NUL Kitchen functions as a communal infrastructure designed to support diverse community uses. Positioned within public spaces as an alternative to private enterprises, it promotes the preservation and exchange of cultural traditions. Culinary practices, integral to social interactions within communities, adapt and evolve over time, facilitating the circulation of knowledge. This process contributes to the development of an open-source cultural genealogy, reinforcing shared heritage and collective identity.
